West View IT was founded by Owen Williams in 2017. What started as a traditional IT support company and computer repair service, has developed into an outsourced IT department exclusively for small businesses which is delivered by our excellent team. The idea around “The IT company you won’t have to call” came from Owen’s experience in the IT support environment.

When things are setup correctly, monitored closely and maintained regularly then they just work. Owen wanted to take the pain of having to call your IT provider and improve reliability. He took this and along with his team, developed the proactive service that clients use and love today.

Managing Director

Owen has been in tech for his entire professional career; having jumped straight into an IT apprentiship from college, he has built up a wealth of knoweldge and experience within the IT support industry. Now he is taking this further with the “IT company you won’t have to call”.



Head of Marketing

Laura has a sales & marketing career spanning over 30 years. Backed by a degree in Business Studies and a Diploma in Direct Marketing, Laura’s expertise enables effective and informative communication of our brand across multiple platforms. As you are visiting, its working!

Sam loves all things tech, he has a great interest in new inovations and has a great background in problem solving which is perfect when working with the rest of the team.

Lee has a strong tech background as an IT technician as well as studying IT at college. He loves learning on the job and enjoys working with such a lively team.
