So how does it work?

Lets talk about how we move from where you are now, to rocking a game changing new IT system.

We go through a few steps to find the most appropriate way forward for your business. Lets go through the steps.

Step 1 - Stop! Take a breath and contact West View IT

Its easy to get bogged down in IT problems – Especially if it is affecting the day to day running of your business. Whether you may have taken on too much, or whether your existing provider isn’t cutting it. Just stop, and call us for a chat.

Step 2 - Invite us over for a coffee (or a virtual Coffee) and a Network Vulnerability Review.

Next stop is for us to come across and have a chat. Tell us all about your I.T woes, we have heard them all before. We will listen to what bothers you and see how we can help. We review your network and pull detailed information about where things are in the IT sense.

Step 3 - Receive a complete network report and proposal for how we can help

We compile a very impressive (if we say so ourselves) Network Report which tells you how things are running on your network. It shows you how old, how safe, how secure and how healthy things are running. We provide you with details of any concerns we may have found as well as solutions to the”woes” you may have shared. We present you with a proposal on how we can work together and answer any questions you may have.

Step 4 -Join the team

When you sign our proposal, we will get you setup straight away. Come across and set you up with all the software, solutions and exercise the plans we put in place.

Step 5 - Wave goodbye to your I.T Troubles

This is the best step. Now you are on board, our support team will help you with anything you require, while you focus on what matters most to you.
