Business communications

Phones that keep customers connected. Connectivity that keeps business moving.

One accountable team for your business phone system and the connection it relies on. We provide and manage the communications platform, then make sure the connectivity underneath is right for your people, premises and plans.

Two foundations

Great customer conversations need more than a phone on a desk.

01Business telephony

Your business calls, queues and collaboration in one place.

02Business connectivity

The connection selected around the way your business actually works.

Business telephony

One phone platform. No collection of workarounds.

We use one carefully selected communications platform because it brings the moving parts of business communication together without making your team learn a different system for every kind of conversation.

Calls can follow people between desk, mobile, browser and Microsoft Teams. Customers can be sent to the right person first time. And the day-to-day control stays understandable when teams, roles or working patterns change.

TELEPHONY, CONFIGURED AROUND YOU

Calls should fit the business—not make the business fit the phone system.

  • 01
One business numberReach the right person wherever they are working.
  • 02
Clear call handlingQueues, groups and routing that reflect how your team helps customers.
  • 03
Useful visibilitySee what is happening with calls, rather than guessing.
What better calls feel like

Better for the people making the call—and the people receiving it.

The features are useful because they remove the small frustrations that make customers wait and make staff work around their technology.

01 / CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Customers reach the right person

Simple menus, call queues and intelligent routing help callers get to the person or team that can actually help—without being passed around.

02 / FLEXIBLE WORKING

Work follows your people

Use a desk phone where it suits, or take the same business identity to a laptop, browser, mobile or Microsoft Teams when work happens elsewhere.

03 / A CLEARER PICTURE

Know what the queues are doing

Live statistics and reporting make it easier to spot missed calls, busy periods and the parts of the customer journey worth improving.

Business connectivity

The right connection starts with the right questions.

There is no universal “best broadband”. We check what is available at your address, what your team relies on and how costly a poor connection would be before we recommend anything.

FTTP

Full fibre to your premises

Fibre all the way to the building. Often the sensible everyday choice for businesses where full fibre is available and the connection needs to support a busy modern team.

Best when: you want strong everyday performance without overcomplicating it.
FTTC

A practical route where full fibre is not there yet

Fibre reaches the local cabinet, with the final stretch using the existing line to your premises. We will be honest about whether it is a good fit for your address and needs.

Best when: availability or location means full fibre is not the sensible option today.
No product guessing

We start with your premises, your people and the services they rely on.

A good recommendation is not a speed test and a price list. It is a practical plan for calls, connectivity and the work that sits behind them.

  1. 01
    Check the address

We look at the connectivity options genuinely available to your premises.

  2. 02
Identify what relies on the connection

We map the calls, cloud systems, remote work and critical services that depend on reliable connectivity.

  3. 03
    Plan the move properly

We check your current contract, numbers and cutover requirements before change becomes a surprise.

Straight answers

Business communications, without the telecoms fog.

We will explain the options in plain English and tell you where a simpler, less expensive route is perfectly good enough.

Do you offer other business phone systems?

No. We use one carefully chosen platform for calls, collaboration and customer routing. Rather than offering a catalogue of near-identical systems, we learn how your team works and configure it around you.

Can we keep our existing phone numbers?

Usually, yes. We check the numbers, plan the porting process and schedule the change carefully so callers can keep reaching the people they need.

Do we need desk phones?

Not necessarily. The system works through desktop and mobile apps as well as physical handsets. We will recommend the mix that makes sense for each role, rather than making everyone work the same way.

Can the phone system work with Microsoft Teams?

Yes. It can be built into Microsoft Teams so people can make and receive business calls from the app they already use, while still supporting desk phones, mobiles, call queues and routing where needed.

How do we choose between FTTP, FTTC and a leased line?

It depends on what is available at your premises, how many people rely on the connection, what happens if it slows down and how much resilience your business needs. We check the address and requirements before recommending a route.
