A digital workplace that works

Good AI starts with how your business works.

Before connecting AI to company information, it helps to know where that information lives, who can access it and who is responsible for keeping it accurate.

When documents are scattered, permissions have grown over time and processes rely on what one person knows, introducing AI becomes harder to manage. We help put those foundations in place, starting with the tools and licences you already have.

An everyday example

Which version of the onboarding guide should your team trust?

Give the current guide a clear home, a named owner and appropriate access. Then test an approved AI tool against that source, with someone responsible for checking its answers.

The same preparation helps people find the right answer today.
What we help put in place

A stronger workplace. A clearer starting point for AI.

We connect the practical work of managing Microsoft 365 with the decisions your organisation needs to make about AI.

01 / WORKPLACE

A clear home for shared work

Structure Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive around how your organisation works, with agreed places for documents, knowledge and collaboration.

Easier to find
02 / INFORMATION

Information with an owner

Identify the material people should rely on, give it a named owner and agree how it stays current. Address duplicates and outdated guidance.

Easier to trust
03 / ACCESS

Permissions that fit the job

Review who can see, share and change information. Address unnecessary access, external sharing and ownership gaps before connecting AI tools.

Appropriate access
04 / CONNECTIONS

Approval before connection

Agree which AI tools can connect, what they can read or change, who approves access and how it is reviewed or removed when no longer needed.

Clear boundaries
05 / ACCOUNTABILITY

People responsible for results

Set practical rules for AI use, checking outputs and approving actions. Give staff a clear person to ask when an answer or decision needs review.

Human oversight
06 / VALUE

A useful first application

Choose a focused pilot, such as finding internal guidance or preparing routine documents. Agree the people, source information and measures of success.

A measurable outcome

What you receive

A practical plan you can act on.

The review gives you a clear starting point. We then agree the improvements and implementation support your organisation needs.

01

A clear current picture

Understand your existing foundations, the useful work already in place and the gaps that matter for your intended AI use.

02

Priorities and owners

A sequenced improvement plan with recommended owners for information, access, tool approval and ongoing review.

03

A proposed first pilot

A focused application, the people involved and a way to measure its value, including time saved and the quality of the results.

04

Visibility of costs

Start with what your Microsoft 365 licences provide. Identify any additional licensing or implementation requirements before committing.

Straight answers

Your AI foundations questions, answered.

What does AI readiness mean for our business?

It means knowing what you want AI to improve, where the information it needs lives, who can access it and who is responsible for checking the results. We help turn those decisions into a practical digital workplace and a focused first pilot.

Is this only about Microsoft 365 Copilot?

No. Microsoft 365 is the starting point for organising the workplace, but the preparation can support Copilot and other approved AI tools. We review each tool and connection separately, including its permissions, data handling and oversight.

Can we use the Microsoft 365 licences we already have?

We start by reviewing what you already pay for and how it is being used. Your current licences may support much of the foundation work. Any additional licences, AI subscriptions or implementation costs are identified before you commit.

Can you help if staff are already using AI tools?

Yes. We help understand which tools are in use, what information people share with them and which connections have been approved. We then agree practical rules, ownership and a route for useful experiments to become supported ways of working.

What do we receive from the readiness review?

A clear view of your current foundations, a prioritised improvement plan with recommended owners, a proposed first AI pilot with success measures, and visibility of additional licensing or implementation requirements. We agree the scope of any implementation work with you afterwards.

Can we buy this as a standalone service?
