Suffolk & East Anglia

IT support for estate and letting agents

Keep the next enquiry, viewing and instruction moving.

A vendor to call. A viewing to arrange. A repair to follow up.

West View IT provides managed IT support for independent and multi-branch estate and letting agencies across Suffolk and East Anglia. We look after devices, Microsoft 365, phones, connectivity and security, and work with your property software suppliers when problems overlap.

Start with the working day

Your negotiators have better calls to make than chasing IT

A vendor wants an update. An applicant is ready to view. A tenant has reported a repair, but the message has not reached the property manager.

When calls, records and staff are disconnected, the agency spends time finding information instead of acting on it. We support the IT around those handovers so your team has a clearer route to the next step.

Sound familiar?

Where agency work loses momentum

01

The enquiry reaches the wrong place

Calls or emails arrive while the negotiator is out, with no clear route to someone who can help.

02

A viewing starts with a call back to the branch

An account or connection problem stops staff reaching appointment details or property information.

03

The same details get entered again

Vendor, landlord or applicant information is copied between the CRM, referencing service and spreadsheets.

04

A listing issue becomes a supplier chase

The property record looks right in the CRM but has not appeared as expected on a portal.

05

Repair records live in personal messages

Photos and contractor updates stay on a phone instead of reaching the agreed property record.

06

An old account still opens the client list

A colleague leaves or changes branch, but accounts and shared access have not been reviewed.

Different roles. Everyday priorities.

IT around sales, lettings and the managed portfolio

SALES AND PROGRESSION

Keep instructions and updates within reach

Market appraisals, viewings and sales progression depend on reaching the right record and returning the next call. We support the devices, email and phone arrangements around your CRM.

LETTINGS

Support the work around each tenancy

Referencing, check-ins and landlord correspondence pass between people and systems. We review how staff access and share records, while your agency and advisers own the required procedures.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Connect repair enquiries with the next action

Property managers need contractor updates, inspection records and tenant messages. We support accounts and connections around the approved system so colleagues can cover when someone is away.

Understand the work first

Three checks before adding another agency system

  1. 01

How does an enquiry reach the person who can act?

We follow calls and emails across the branch, mobile staff and follow-up process, including cover when someone is unavailable.

  2. 02

Where does the property record get copied?

We trace one instruction or repair through the systems and review supported options for reducing repeated handling.

  3. 03

Who can access the records, and how would they recover?

We check staff and supplier access, leaver arrangements and recovery responsibilities for Microsoft 365 and property platforms.

Your estate-agency IT questions

Managed IT support pricing

What IT support do you provide for estate and letting agents?

West View IT supports devices, Microsoft 365, phones, connectivity, security and agreed backups. We review the branches, people and property systems involved, with clear service hours and supplier responsibilities.

Do you support property CRMs such as Reapit, Alto or Street?

We support devices, accounts and connections around your CRM. Application faults, platform configuration and product-specific training remain with the provider unless separately agreed.

Can you help if a listing is missing from a property portal?

We investigate the IT around the issue and coordinate with the CRM or portal provider. The supplier controls feed processing, while your agency checks the listing information and publication status.

Can you support negotiators while they are on viewings?

Yes. We review managed devices, account access and communications used away from the branch. The scope and connectivity limits are agreed around your team's work.

Can you connect calls across several branches?

We review how calls reach staff, transfer between branches and receive cover. Changes to phone systems, numbers or connectivity are agreed and planned before implementation.

Can you reduce re-keying between our property systems?

We review a real workflow and the connections supported by suppliers. Implementation is agreed separately. We do not assume every CRM, portal or referencing service can exchange every field.

Can you help with Renters' Rights paperwork?

We support accounts, file access and document handling around your approved process. Your agency and advisers determine legal requirements. The reforms have a phased timetable; not every measure began in May 2026.

Does IT support make our agency AML compliant?

No. Your agency owns its checks, policies and compliance decisions. We manage supporting technology within scope and can provide information about those controls.

Are our CRM records backed up with Microsoft 365?

Not automatically. That service covers agreed email and files. We review recovery arrangements for your separate property CRM, including what its supplier can restore.

How much does estate-agency IT support cost?

Pricing depends on staff, branches, devices, licences, phones and scope. We explain any initial work before preparing the ongoing proposal.
