What changed for businesses like yours

Real businesses across Suffolk and East Anglia, and what happened when their IT stopped needing phone calls. Names withheld where clients prefer it — the results are theirs all the same.

No names, no logos

Why we keep our clients anonymous

This is mainly for their protection, not ours. A logo wall tells attackers exactly who to research and which supplier to impersonate. The more detail published about a business's IT, the easier that job becomes.

So we publish the shape of the work, not the name behind it. If a client wants to be named, that is their call, not our marketing decision.

  1. Spear phishing starts with research

A name, a sector and a hint at the systems in use is enough to write a convincing email to the right person in a finance team.

  2. Knowing the IT provider is leverage

If someone knows we support you, they can pretend to be us: a support call, a password reset, an urgent request from a name your staff recognise.

  3. You still get what matters

Sector, rough size, the problem and what changed. Enough to recognise your own business, without handing anyone a target.

How these start

Switching is easier than you think

The biggest fear about changing IT provider is the disruption. So we handle the whole thing. Most of our clients' teams never notice the handover happened.

Typical route in · two to four weeks

  1. A 30-minute call

A relaxed chat with Owen about your business and what's frustrating you about IT today. No tech jargon, no hard sell.

  2. A free review of your setup

We look at the devices, licences, security and backups you already have, then tell you honestly what's fine and what isn't.

  3. We handle the handover

We deal with your old provider directly and move everything across in the background. Your team keeps working throughout.

  4. Then it goes quiet

Monitoring, updates and security run in the background. The stories above start here.
